Please refer to the WMU website www.wmich.edu/oit/students/accounts.html to apply for a Bronco NetID, or contact the Bronco ID Center at (269) 387-0790

The University is moving to paperless technology and will no longer be sending information (grades, tuition bills, etc.) by mail. All students are required to obtain a Bronco NetID.

Current card swipe locations are: The Bernhard Lab (lower level of the Bernhard Center), CAECenter Parkview Campus, Registrar's Office (3210 Seibert Administration Building), Rood Hall Arts and Science Lab (Room 3374 Rood Hall), Sangren Labs (Room 3206 Sangren Hall), UCC Lab (second floor of the University Computing Center) and also check with your local branch campus.

Passwords may be changed at the card swipe locations or online. No passwords will be changed via the telephone without verifying ownership. You will be required to provide your WMU ID number and fax a copy of your photo ID, either your driver license or your WMU ID.

In case the Office needs to contact you regarding your class(es), please update your personal data through the Office of the Registrar online at http://www.wmich.edu/registrar.

It is recommended that prior to the first day of class, you check whether a textbook or course packet is required for you course(s).

Weekday Parking:
Parking permits are required Monday through Friday.

Weekend Parking:
Parking permits are not required on Fridays after 4:00 pm thru Sunday 11:59 p.m., except for designated spaces, (i.e., handicapped, fire lane)

Weekday Course Cancellation due to Weather:
If the Kalamazoo main campus is forced to close due to inclement weather, OLLE courses are cancelled. Call the WMU Closure and Emergency Hotline at (269) 387-1001 for current campus closure information or check http://gowmu.wmich.edu.

Friday Evening and Saturday Course Cancellation due to Weather:
If a course is cancelled, you will be notified by the method established by your instructor and classmates. Most instructors create a telephone tree with the class so students can contact each other for these situations. Call the Office of Lifelong Learning and Education at (269) 387-4174 for current course cancellation information.

Students only enrolled in EUP/OLLE courses are not assessed an enrollment fee to pay for access to the Student Recreational Facility. Contact Member Services at the University Recreational Center at (269) 387-3115 for purchasing membership for the semester.
